Title: Administrative Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Completion of minimum two year post secondary education
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an office setting
  • Proficient in Simply accounting, Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in the English language (both written and oral)

Qualifications:

Reporting to:  Massage Therapy Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Completion and certification of recognized massage therapy program.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience practicing massage therapy treatments.

  • understands the importance of discretion and flexibility

Ability to:

  • perform a variety of massage services with uncompromised attention to  quality and customer service.
  • work in a fast-paced environment
  • work with others while practicing honesty and integrity
  • proven ability to implement sales techniques in a professional manner

Location: Sante Spa Calgary
Title:  Concierge
Reporting to:  Concierge Coordinator

Qualifications:

A professional with:

  • at least 2 years of customer service background
  • the passion to deal with the public
  • exceptional interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • passion to deal with the public and to handle difficult situations with class and grace

A professional who:

  • knows the value of maintaining guest confidentiality and trust
  • has the ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
  • can prioritize, organize and use sound judgment on their feet
  • is meticulously detail-oriented.
  • retail sales experience is a definite asset.
  • ability to confidently use computer systems and a willingness to learn new computer programs.
  • cash reconciliation skills are a definite asset.

Title:  Esthetician
Reports To:  Esthetics & Retail Coordinator, Esthetics Technical Trainer

Qualifications:

  • Complete certification of recognized esthetics program
  • At least 2 years of experience practicing esthetics treatments

  • is detailed oriented
  • is an excellent communicator
  • has superior time management skills
  • understands the importance of discretion and flexibility

Ability to:

  • perform all esthetics services with uncompromised attention to quality and customer service
  • work in a fast-paced environment
  • work with others in practicing honest and integrity
  • proven ability to implement sales techniques in a professional manner
