Dr. Wendy Smeltzer, B.Sc., M.D., C.C.F.P., F.C.F.P., has over 11 years of specialized experience in cosmetic medicine, in addition to 18 years of medical practice. Dr. Smeltzer has pioneered medical aesthetic techniques and worked diligently to establish national standards of hygiene and safety across the Canadian spa industry. Dr Smeltzer was co-chair of the 2009 World Congress of Aesthetic Medicine and is an executive board member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine. She chaired the Leading Spas of Canada Standards and Practices Committee for 10 years.

Dr. Vivian Hill, M.D., F.R.C.S.(C.), Dip A.B.O., has over eight years specialized experience in cosmetic medicine, as an extension to her nine year practice as an eye surgeon. Dr. Hill is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada as well as a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Hill serves as an examiner on the Medical Council of Canada and co-chairs the undergraduate ophthalmology program at the University of Calgary. 

Nadia Zinchuk, R.N., B.Sc., O.H.N., has been with Santé Spa for over five years, building upon 17 years nursing experience in occupational health, emergency, intensive care and recovery. Nadia has advanced training in laser treatments, facial rejuvenation, photo skin analysis and corrective skincare.
