Spa Concierge - Full Time
Reports to Lead Concierge
Qualifications:
- at least 2 years of customer service experience with an emphasis in reservations and retail sales
- knowledge of medical aesthetics and spa treatments
A professional who:
- has exceptional interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- has a passion for dealing with Guests and understands the importance of exemplary customer service
- handles challenges with poise, grace and sound judgment
- will work well in a team committed to honesty, integrity and professionalism
Ability to:
- handle Guest reservations with discretion, professionalism and accuracy
- handle computer reservation systems and cash reconciliation
- implement sales techniques in a professional manner
- prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Registered Massage Therapist
Reports to Lead Massage Therapist
Qualifications:
- Completion and certification of recognized massage therapy program from a qualified educational establishment. Must be in good standings with a recognized and accredited association.
- Must have a minimum of 1000 educational hours.
- At least 1 year of experience practicing massage therapy treatments within the spa/health and well-being industry.
- Knowledge of relaxation, therapuetic and sports massage are mandatory and additional modalities are an asset and of benefit.

Sante Spa Calgary receives Spa Quality Assurance Approval Designation
Santé Spa Calgary and The Spa Ritual are the only two spas in Alberta to receive the national Quality Assurance Approval (Q.A.A.) designation through the Leading Spas of Canada’s Quality Assurance (Q.A.) pilot certification program. Santé Spa Victoria also received this designation. This program was founded to establish national standards of safety, quality and hygiene across the Canadian spa industry, as currently there are no national regulations in place and provincial licensing requirements for practitioners are limited and variable.
