Planning Your Visit

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a Health History Form and ensure ample time to change into a robe for your spa service. Our well-appointed Guest Lounge is a private sanctuary where you may relax before or after your treatment; complimentary refreshments are available for your enjoyment in front of our soothing fireplace. Separate ladies' and men's changing facilities feature private showers, ladies' steam and lockers with luxurious spa robes and slippers. Please leave your valuables at home - Santé Spa does not accept responsibility for personal items left in the lockers.

Appointments
Walk-ins are welcome. We do recommend booking your spa treatment in advance to ensure your preferred treatment choice and time. If you have a preference for a male or female Therapist, please inform our Concierge at the time of booking. A major credit card is required to reserve your spa appointment.

All prices are subject to G.S.T. Prices and treatments selections may change without notice. Discounted or promotional payments do not apply towards series pricing.

Gratuities are customary, at your discretion. Gratuities are not included in gift cards and packages. 

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for a single treatment, 48 hours notice for multiple treatments and packages, and seven days notice for the cancellation of group bookings. Cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged in full.
