Planning Your Visit

What to Bring
We provide spa robes and slippers as well as secured lockers for our guests. Guests are welcome to bring a bathing suit for utilizing the Eucalyptus Steam Room, Dry Sauna or soaking in the Outdoor Mineral Pool. Some toiletry items are found in our change room, including hairdryer, soap and lotions. Guests are invited to bring their own amenities, hairbrush and cosmetics. Please speak with your service provider or the concierge if you wish a complimentary make-up touch up or colour match before leaving. Make-up applications or lessons are available by appointment.

A Gentle Quiet
Santé Spa is a place of quiet and gentle comfort. A place where you can set aside all the noise and rush of the world outside. To that end, please turn off cell phones and pagers for the duration of your visit.

Youthful Exuberance 
The spa is a place for quiet relaxation and repose. While we hope children grow into the Santé experience, we are unable to accommodate all youth requests. To ensure the calm of the surroundings as well as the comfort and safety of our younger Guests, Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the spa by an adult. We recommend aesthetic treatments for Guests under 16, and aesthetic and/or body treatments for Guests 16 and older. Please speak to one of our Spa Concierge for more information and booking assistance.

Your Appointment
Please be aware we are reserving our facilities just for you. Bookings for your services must be guaranteed with a credit card number. To take full advantage of your Santé experience, we ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes early. This gives you time to ease into the service you have selected with a few moments in the steam room or time to unwind and enjoy a cup of herbal tea in front of the fireplace.

Arriving Late 
Please be reminded that if you arrive late your appointment will be shortened accordingly, so as not to inconvenience other Santé Guests. If the delay is lengthy, it may be physically impossible to complete the requested service. In that case, the total service fee will be charged.

To Cancel or Reschedule
Please notify the spa should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For single service reservations, we request 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time. For multiple service or spa package reservations, please contact us 48 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled without sufficient notice will be charged 50% of the treatment price. For cancellations without sufficient notice, the full fee will be applied.
